Treeclimbing North Carolina exists to create a community of Recreational Treeclimbers in the great state of North Carolina.  We believe that we live in the perfect environment to enjoy almost every kind of Treeclimbing experience that can be imagined. 

From the black water swamps of the low country to the rocky outcroppings of the Smokies there are trees that are waiting to be climbed.  Treeclimbing North Carolina is dedicated to introducing those trees to the people who want to climb them!  We have created a place to submit your site to our GPS database, to be shared with climbers interested in finding climb opportunites in the various areas of North Carolina. 

That is the second goal of TCNC, to introduce people to Recreational Treeclimbing, and to develop a network of climbers within the state.  Climbing is best done when shared, and we are committed to bring you in touch with others in your area of the state.  The Forum is now open!  Why don't you get the discussion started, and see who else is around.  And while you are at it,  contact us to see where we are, maybe we can climb together!

We hope that in the not too distant future we can start holding organized climbs to show the public the ropes, so to speak, please contact us to find out how you can help us meet that goal!
